      Rudy has memories sealed away in his past, and Thray volunteers to draw out those memories with his powers. His memory of 3 years ago is the premise for the story.

      13-year-old Rudy is a pick-pocket and warehouse robber, but he decides to help Nei after she saves his life. He quickly grows very attached to Nei and wants to help her recover her lost memories. Rudy decides to introduce her to Old Man Roy, who runs an information shop and might know where Nei should go in order to get her memories back.
